Aphthous ulcers
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM and thanks for putting up the query.
It would be best if you can send me the pictures of the lesions.. I can suggest you in a better way..
According to your history, it seems to be aphthous lesions..it can be due to burn or just a vitamin deficiency..my advice in such a case would be to avoid alcohol and spicy foods for few days..
Use hexidine gargles and apply glycerine on the lesions..take a multivitamin tablet and also vitamin C once everyday..
Do follow up with the pictures, you can simply upload/attach them at the reports section..
Wishing you a speedy recovery..
Thanks aand regards
