Question: I have got migraine problem for last 4-5 years. consulted neurologist in Baroda. Can you advice to minimise/cure this.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Migraine is a life style associated disorder and can be prevented by following simple changes in living.
Timely breakfast and lunch is important.
Avoid fasting, taking excessive tea, coffee or chocolates.
Sleep at right time and adequate hours.
Drugs for pain prophylaxis can be used like amitriptyline, propranolol, topiramate, divalproate or flunarizine.
Pain killers should be used only when required.
