Brief Answer:
Yes, you can take the following medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Yes, you can start with a combination of an antihistamine (such as cetrizine 10 mg / levocetirizine 5 mg or fexofenadine 120 mg once a day ) and an antileukotriene (such as montelukast 10 mg once a day ).

2. In addition start a steroid nasal spray (mometasone / fluticasone ) once a day, stop regular use of any nasal drops such as Otrivin nasal drops (0.1 % Xylometazoline ). Steam inhalation and saline nasal washes should be started.

3. Take a two week trial. Let me know the progress.

4. A plain CT PNS ( Para Nasal Sinuses ) with 1 mm coronal, axial and sagittal views pre and post decongestion with Otrivin nasal decongestant drops ( 0.1 % Xylometazoline ) can be done. Upload the images here.

5. Allergy tests can be done to identify allergens which you are sensitive to.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
