Brief Answer:
likely a viral illness

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The nausea may have resulted in a decrease in food and fluid intake even if not consciously.
The decreased fluid would cause the urine to become more concentrated causing the darker color.

Decreased fluid volume in the body , chills and infection can cause an increase in pulse rate.
The decreased intake can cause a decrease in blood pressure if this is lower than your normal.

It is still higher than the lower normal accepted limit of 90/60 but it may be lower than what you would normally get as a reading.

The symptoms, nausea, chills, fatigue may be due to a viral illness. In most cases the symptoms should last less than a week, if they continue or worsen then you may need to see your doctor for assessment.

In the meanwhile: (a) can continue the use of over the counter anti nausea meds such as pepto bismol or dramamine

(b) use paracetamol/tylenol to help with the chills/fever

(c)fluids- take small amounts every few minutes if you are still having a lot of nausea.
this would help with the concentration of the urine, pulse rate and blood pressure

(d) if there are any associated reflux symptoms (burning, acid taste in the mouth, water brash)- then you can add pepcid or zantac

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
