Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The nose needs to be examined to look for a local cause such as an erosion in the little's area. Complete blood count and platelets should be checked in addition to coagulation profile. This would determine if there is any hematological cause for the epistaxis. Take her to an ER where nasal packing can be done and treatment advised accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
