Do Lotrin anti-fungal wash, poor oral hygiene due to thrush causes sour tas
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting query. I read your problem.
Yes, fungal infection and the associated poor oral hygeine can lead to sour taste and nausea.
I would suggest the use of lotrin antifungal wash instead of nystatin as nystatin does not produce good results. In addition I also suggest that you go for one course of oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks. In addition take some B.complex, folic acid medicine for few days.
This will give you complete relief.
Oral thrush is not common so rule out diabetes where this infection is common.
Having asthma and taking some inhaler might cause oral thrush.
I hope, I answered your query.
If you have further query or clarification, please write back.
Wishing you speedy recovery.
