Brief Answer:
Failed back surgery syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

What kind of surgery was done?

Were there any complications?

This appears to be Failed back surgery syndrome.

This could be due to complications of the surgery which may be causing the symptoms. Also Osteoporosis can accentuate the issue.

Do get a new MRI scan of the lumbosacral spine and also a DEXA Scan to look for Osteoporosis.

Once these investigations are done I will be able to delineate the cause and comment on the right solution to help you get your relief.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Dr.Aashish Raghu
