Brief Answer:
It is neurological problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted your symptoms. These are related to neurological problem, and not due to heart disease.

You need a detailed neurological examination, which may be followed by MRI of spine (if needed). You would get better with medications and physiotherapy. So, there is no need to worry.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
