Brief Answer:
Can be internal soft tissue injury or graft malalignment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The persistent pain in the right hip after the fall can be due to an internal injury to the soft tissues. The persistent pain needs proper diagnosis with the help of investigations like CT scan. A minor displacement of the graft may also cause a persistent pain.
Till then it is best to avoid all painful movements and take rest. Doing a hot compress and application of local analgesic gel can provide temporary relief. Do consult your orthopedician for proper investigations.
I hope this answers your query.
