Question : I have pain in upper back for last one month and pain is more predominant when I cough,it seems pain is related to lungs.
Brief Answer:
may be Spine or Lung problem, examination and x ray advisable
Detailed Answer:
Dear Patient,
this may be a problem related to the upper spine like a muscular contraction or some spine issue like problems with the discs or other spine related problem.
The other main possibility is a lung problem such as pleurisy or other lung condition.
In a case like this i would usually first examine the spine and the lungs (physical exam). Depending on the findings, further diagnostics like taking x rays of spine/ lungs is advisble.
Best regards
