Brief Answer:
Degenerative arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

Thanks for the query

I have read your query and understood your problem.

I have reviewed your Xray reports.

You seem to be having arthritis of the hip joints. The thigh bone and hop bone are running each other because the water content in the joint has reduced. This is basically due to excessive load to your joints due to heavy activities. This has caused degenerative changes.

Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, cross leg sitting. Use commode for toilet activities. Apply hot packs to the affected regions. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after meals and Tablet Rabeprazole twice a day before meals for 5 days. Physiotherapy with ultrasound therapy and range of movement exercises with hip joint and lumbosacral muscle strengthening is needed. Take Tendocare tablet once a day for a month.

If you avoid the above activities, you can delay the progression of the arthritis. You will definitely get relief.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
