Brief Answer:
MRI of spine - examination of abdomen and relevant investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

To Recapitulate: 23 / Female - pain in abdomen on and off for last month - sudden
pain yesterday night - started on left > right > right lower back > groin > right leg > moved up the back - nausea with intense pain - no fever - wants to know the reasons.

Other than nausea and no fever, there are no other symptoms related to the urinary or bowel systems that you have mentioned.

This is most likely to be due to spinal problem, as per the history you have provided.

I would advise you the following:
-Actual physical examination of the abdomen and the back by a Doctor, preferably a Surgeon to rule out any clinical problem that may not be showing up at the moment.
-Ultrasonography of the abdomen just to rule out any problem related to the abdomen as you have a history of stomach pains on and off for the last month.
-MRI of the lower spine- this will help us to see whether there is any problem related to the spine, spinal cord, disc and the space around and get a probable diagnosis.

Nausea can be due to reflex mechanism as it can come due to severe pain itself.

I hope this answer helps you to get an early and proper diagnosis for a proper treatment.

Brief Answer:
Admission- USG and other investigations as per the clinical findings.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
IF you can not eat or drink anything you need admission for intravenous fluids and may be antibiotics and urgent ultrasonography of the abdomen to see for appendicitis or Urinary tract stones and infection or any other possibility related to the Gynecological problems like ovarian or tubal pathology.
Also required are:
-The tests of the blood, urine and stool.
-CT scan of the abdomen to confirm the findings of the ultrasonography.
-Treatment as per the reports.
-In addition to the points already mentioned.

Please get the things ASAP (As soon as possible)
Feel free to give a feedback and ask for further if need be.

Get a proper diagnosis.

Yes, you may be right as far as the time is concerned.
But, when the problem is long lasting, and has a severe problem, you need to have the correct diagnosis and proper treatment.

Please get a proper diagnosis at your earliest.

Brief Answer:
May be dehydrated.

Detailed Answer:
Great.
This is the right decision you have taken.
Get the investigations ASAP (as soon as possible).
Dehydration is one of the reasons for reduced urination, very true; but also indicates that you need a proper treatment too.
Try to avoid complications.
BP of 115/90 looks fine, but many a times this can just be the body's natural
defense that is in action and can be fallacious in some cases.
What is your Pulse rate?
is the mouth and tongue normally moist and wet ?
Or you feel thirsty ?

How is the pain now ?

Please feel free to discuss more and get a proper diagnosis ASAP,
Get properly treated.

Brief Answer:
Get checked by a Doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Pulse of 80 with the BP you noted is not bad.
But the dry mouth is not a good symptom / sign.
Pain is still not good, you say.
Feeling like to pass urine but unable to pass is also not a good symptoms.

Why not to attend an Emergency room or a hospital nearby and get checked ?
Dehydration should be treated and most important is the diagnosis.
