Suggest Treatment For Persistent Right Sided Chest Pain
Question: Right side chest pain for many. Months. Now I have heartburn that started area days ago.

Since you have mentioned that you have been suffering from this problem since few months, it it important to rule out any lung related problems . So I would suggest you to go for few investigation like
1. Chest x ray
2. Complete blood count.
If the advised investigation do not reveal anything it is better to rule out CVS related issues. ( even though the right side chest pain is not commonly associated with heart, still it is better to rule out)
It will be great if you can provide few additional information like
1. Have you taken any medication to address this problem or have you consulted any doctor, as you are facing this problem since long time.
2. Is there any expectoration, difficultly in breathing, does this pain increases on inspiration, ?
3. Do you smoke?
4. Is there any history of injury?

For heartburn and acidity, I would suggest you to take capsule omeprazole 20 mg once daily before breakfast, empty stomach, for a week. You need to see a local doctor to get valid prescription.
