Brief Answer:
Upload pictures, don't use steroids on face

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney.
You have developed all the symptoms and signs due to excessive use of a steroid cream on your face.
Even now you are using sofradex cream which again contains a highly potent steroid and that's why your condition worsened when you stopped using it.
Don't use steroid based creams in the future.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of your face so that I can grade the severity of your condition and can guide you accordingly.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Already attached 1 picture. Small under skin acne/white heads on all over my face. On forehead 3-4 big pimples. Complexion is getting dark day by day. If i stop applying sofradex n aziderm then itching occurs on all my face then later it gets converted into white bumps

Brief Answer:
Management of steroid induced acne

Detailed Answer:
I am unable to see any picture.
According to your complaints If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily in the evening and tablet levocetrizine 5 mg daily at bedtime.
Along with this I would recommend you to apply clindamycin gel on the white bumps in the morning and azelaic acid cream at night.
These need to be continued for a long time under the supervision of doctor as your condition will improve slowly.
You are developing symptoms due to use of sofradex as it contains steroid and your face has become dependent on it.
But you will have to stop sofradex, otherwise your face will be damaged further.
Besides this you can consult a dermatologist and consider going for salicylic acid peels for the same.
