Brief Answer:
allergic rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query to hcm FOR AN OPINION
The persistence and recurrence of sneezing and running nose indicates towards a possibility of allergic rhinitis here where the reports showing high eosinophils indicate towards an allergen being the cause of constant rhinitis.
You should opt for an allergy test like AllergoSPT and AllergoDip, which shall help you pin point the allergen causing allergy.
The best way to treat allergic rhinitis is to use antihistaminics or leukotriene inhibitors, if there is a swelling or pharyngitis accompanied due to post nasal drips then an antibiotic course along with mild steroid nasal sprays can be prescribed for limiting congestion.
THE PRIME AIM SHOULD BE TO AVOID ALLERGEN EXPOSURE.
Regards
