Question: Been sneezing a lot for 2 weeks now... not sure if its really bad allergies or a cold that is taking forever to go away... Its just clear mucus and been having lots of nasal congestion, especially in my left nostril. Since I've been sneezing so much , I have been getting little twinges and cramping in my lower left abdomen area, near my groin area after I sneeze or blow my nose a lot. Is this normal.. Its almost like a I pulled a muscle or strained a muscle in my lower abdomen/ groin area from sneezing and blowing my nose so much.

Yes possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
So better to take something like anti histamine drugs for sneezing.
For muscular pain, you need to take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
