Question : My 6yo son has a sore thoat. He had it for about 2 months. Gave him everything from Cepacol to Honey with Lemon. Nothing worked. At some point he had some Thrush before, I do not know if it was related. Now when we touch his throat he says it hurts. Its not strep throat , xray showed nothing and had the camera in the troat didnt show anything either. he has a small lump on the right side of his next, i don't know if it's lymph node that's swollen or something else. Please help Im at the end of my rope

i cannot quite see it in the picture but he has black/gray lines on his uvula and around it. i thought he has tonsillitis but his tonsils looks fine
