Question: very sore throat - 101.4 temperature - sore throat started Friday overnight

You are probably suffering from acute pharyngitis. It would be better if you can send me the pictures of your throat so that I can suggest you better.
Also tell me what medicines have u been taking so far.
Take tablet paracetamol for pain and fever.
Use hexidine gargles.
All the medicines I have prescribed are available only on prescription.
Follow up with the required information.
