Hi,

You seem to have acute pharyngitis

I suggest the following:
1) BETADINE mouth gargles, 10ml diluted with same amount of water thrice a day.
2) Sy AMBROLITE LS, 10ml thrice a day
3) TAB COMBIFLAM one tablet thrice a day.

Drink only warm water. Stay out of fridge water and food. Eat fresh food.
