Question : Hi, I had injection for throat infection 10 days before. Now I have soreness and pain over the injection spot. Injection is done on hip.

Hi,

It is not uncommon to find pain and soreness after intramuscular injection. It usually settles down. I will suggest you try warm compresses on the affected region. That should ease discomfort.

You should closely observe symptoms. If at any point, soreness or pain worsens, it should be evaluated by your doctor.
