Brief Answer:
Appropriate investigations should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vaginal infection with urinary tract infection are associated with each other, if one is not treated properly, the other will recur again.
To treat the vaginal infection, the type of infection should be ascertained by the vaginal smear examination for bacteria, fungus and protozoa. Only after isolating the type of infection, appropriate antibiotics should be prescribed and it will eliminate the infection when taken completely.
Similarly, urine culture and sensitivity examination should be done and appropriate antibiotics should be given.
Lox 2 jelly, cranberry juice etc will only give you symptomatic relief, no permanent cure is done by them.
Your husband should also be given AF kit which is given to treat any infection, if present, in the partner.
Moreover, I would suggest you to use condom till the time the treatment is completed.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
