Question : My wife has been vomiting dark brown today. She has eaten nothing. She was so constipated and picked out her stool yesterday. What should she do?

Hi and thank you for asking!
You are reporting that your wife has vomiting dark brown.
To my opinion you should go to ER if she has vomiting more than once and in large amount.
First of all should be ruled out a stomach bleeding since you are reporting dark brown vomiting.
I need to know more about her stool color. Was it black and loos stool?
If yes please go to ER immediately.
