Suggest Treatment For Phimosis And Problem In Ejaculation
Question: Hi
I was diagnose of phimosis thaugh i am capable of having intercourse whitout having a retraction of the forskin it stays covered when well erected and hard (assuming also natural woman lubrification that is helping).
We are trying to have a child since 4 months... Could that be that the speed of my ejaculation is reduced because of foreskin a bit and is not reaching the cervic area.... Are our chances of fertility reduced ?
she also have sperm comming out of her vagina at th end.... is this normal.... should i stay longer inside to make sure i garantee the reaching of my sperm ?

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Phimosis can at times interrupt in ejaculation but in case ejaculate is felt by her in her vagina then there is no matter of the speed of ejaculation.
It is pretty common for most of the females to feel ejaculate coming out of the vagina and this is a good sign indeed because it implies that the volume of ejaculate is good enough and thus is not the cause of failure to conceive.
You can try following measures to enhance the chances of conception -
1) try to keep a pillow beneath her buttocks after sex so that gravitational force keeps the semen inside her vagina for a longer time.
2) she should not get up for at least 20-25 minutes
3) try conventional position of sex female lying down on bed
4) maximum chances of conception are in day 10-18 of the cycle in case she has regular cycles.
I hope these measures will help you in conception in near future.
