Question : Hi Doctor, i have got rashes on my penis top near the opening. the foreskin has got reddened and swelled and there is lot of pain. The foreskin is not retracting back and i having pain doing it.

I am uploading the pictures of my situation. My penis top skin has swelled and there seems to be infection on the penis head. I am a virgin, with no sexual history. My penis is not circumcised. earlier my skin used to retract back but now due to pain it is not going back.

I have gone through the photos.
It appears to be candidal balanitis going for phimosis. I would advice to clean area with warm water twice daily and apply candid lotion. Take analgesic like brufen. I would have started on oral antifungal like flucanazole 150 mg weekly once (if the diagnosis is confirmed).
Do not try to retract skin forcibly.
You need to undergo circumcision, a minor surgical procedure. You need to consult surgeon for this procedure at the earliest to get rid of this problem.

As advised, i washed the area with warm water and applied Candid lotion. The area is healed now and infection seems to go away so the pain also.
