Suggest Treatment For Phimosis For Over A Year

Question: it's nearly 2 or more years that i AM not doing intercourse.
first daily i was able to to move my dick back wards and make it clean, daily.
slowly it became tough and tougher.
i could not move it at all, now, for a year and 3 months.
i AM scared of circumscision, which i don't want?
any solution is there?

Sensitivity due to smegma under foreskin, time depends on experience.

Hi,

The foreskin becomes sensitive due to smegma collecting under the foreskin. Smegma is the secretions from the foreskin, which you're unable to wash off. The inability to retract the foreskin is the cause for this. However try to maintain penile hygiene at all times.

The time to do a circumcision varies according to the experience of the surgeon. This isn't important, but, the end result is to be understood.

In adults, it's usually done under local anesthesia, as a day case.
