Brief Answer:
Circumcision is the only treatment option for such aa tight phimosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have diabetes and tight Phimosis with genital Candidiasis .

With such a tight Phimosis you will be never able to penetrate vagina during sex and can not have enjoyable sex.

Please note that proper control of diabetes and to get circumcised is the only treatment option.

Consult qualified General surgeon or Urologist for clinical assessment and get circumcised .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex through your life.

As regards Genital Candidiasis it can be cured with anti fungal medication and topical anti fungal cream like Candid cream.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

It seems very scary to have a circumcised surgery in terms of pain, and other related possible problems after surgery like urination, bleeding, time to recover, and cost of such operations.

Kindly elaborate in details abt this surgery and what are ppssible problems associated with it and how to overcome it. Also recommend a specialised urologist i n XXXXXXX for further consulatation.
And plz comment on the size as asked in previous ques in relation with sexual performance.

You can consult any General Surgeon or Urologist near your residence .
It will cost you roughly 12-15 thousand XXXXXXX Rs in XXXXXXX

The size of the the penis in flaccid state has no significance it is the hardness of the penis on erection that is important from the point of view of sexual satisfaction of both the partners. You can get full hard erection due to Phimosis,It will increase in size after getting circumcised .
