Brief Answer:
You have what is termed as phimosis. You need to get circumcised.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted, you seem to have phimosis.

It is mandatory for the foreskin to retract completely over the glans penis in order to penetrate the vagina to have the enjoyable sexual intercourse.

You need to consult a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical assessment and get circumcised.

The only best treatment option is to get circumcised.

This is a simple surgery done under local anesthesia as an out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for the rest of your life.

Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you.

Thank you.

the fact is that the skin could be pulled back but when the penis is erected the penis glands doesnt come out .is it not because my penis is small and the size is not sufficient for glands to go out

Brief Answer:
You have partial phimosis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

After erection, the foreskin gets retracted freely and completely over the glans penis and acts like a sleeve over the glans penis while penetrating the vagina and during thrusting movements of a male to perform sex. It also helps to have sexual enjoyment.

Since you have an issue of the foreskin not being able to get retracted after erection, you will have pain during penetration and will not be able to enjoy sex.

Consult a qualified General Surgeon for clinical assessment and further treatment.

He would be the best judge to decide (after examination in person) regarding the need for surgery of circumcision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
