Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are unable to retract foreskin over glans penis on erection . This is due to what is termed as Phimosis . Please consult any general surgeon in Noida to confirm the diagnosis. You need to get circumcised .This is simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and gives permanent results and to have enjoyable sexual life in future. You can go to either Apollo hospital or Whochardt hospital in Noida. Thanks for your suggestions. I have one question. Is circumcised is mandatory for permanent solution. Is there any alternative solution for permanent fix like just cutting some skin or like that?

Brief Answer: You can opt for Dorsal Slit. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for follow up. There is a second option in which part of foreskin on dorsal side is cut for a short distance so that foreskin can be retracted freely over glans penis which is essential to have enjoyable sex called as Preputioplasty. However dorsal slit surgery leaves glans penis open partially and cosmetically is not accepted by most of those who have undergone this surgery as it changes the look and appearance of the penis.
