Question : Hi, I have a longer skin than my penis which stops the bulb to be exposed... I find it very difficult to feel and understand what is happening once I insert my penis. I often end up asking my partner whether or not it has reached inside completely. I dont enjoy my intercourse because of this reason. The only bit I enjoy a little is the climax for 3-4 seconds. I find masturbating more better than actually having a intercourse. I m not sure if I need to use any lubricant so that I m able to penetraye easily and also my skin cones back during intercourse. Please suggest

Thanks for your query . Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Phimosis.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you able to retract foreskin over glans penis in a flaccid state and on erection as well.?3
2) Do you have any difficulty in penetration of vagina during intercourse?

In a uncircumcised man foreskin acts as a sleeve which gets folded on itself during intercourse and helps to have sexual satisfaction due to stimulation of nerve endings located in foreskin However if one has Phimosis he is not able to penetrate vagina with ease making sexual intercourse unpleasant.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis . If turns out to be Phimosis you will need to get circumcised.

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure to and to have enjoyable sexual life for rest of your life.
