Suggest Treatment For Phimosis
Question: Hello doctor.....I m trying to penetrate my penis into her vagina but I believe am not able to push it beyond an extent..various reasons...one being a very sensitive penis head for me....when I masturbate ,if I touch the penis head it pains a little...I have more foreskin that covers up my actual penis head/tip....is circumcision the only solution for this?? Note that earlier while having intercourse, my penis head used to come out just a little and not beyond the outer skin upwards, nowadays little better that half f it comes out upwards..may be because of frequent tries.. Pl help with a solution on I how I could overcome sensitivityof my penis head

1) Are you able to retract foreskin completely exposing your entire glans penis .?
You seem to have partial Phimosis ,however final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist .
If it is confirmed to be due to Phimosis, you will need to get circumcised .
This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.
