Brief Answer:
You seem to have phimosis Or tight foreskin

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

As far as attachment to glans is concerned, it seem to be quite Ok. The foreskin is attached to glans only through a narrow attachment i.e 'frenulum' on the underside of penis and is free of glans, elsewhere.
Regarding the second issue of unable to retract foreskin during erect position, this is known as phimosis Or tight foreskin. This can create problems of hygiene and difficulty in sexual intercourse. The remedy for this would be through 'circumcision', wherein the tight foreskin is surgically taken off from glans so that to circumvent the problem of phimosis. I suggest that you visit a general surgeon in your region for the needful.

Brief Answer:
Circumcision is a minor surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Circumcision is a very minor procedure, usually taking about 30-45 minutes, overall. Phimosis is an indication for circumcision and it does not lead to any future problems. You may take a day or two off from work, thats it. Cost would depend on doctor to doctor. You can inquire it from a general surgeon near to you.
