Question : i have tried Adware and it is not helping. I am presently on an oxygen tank. only within the last few days has that become a necessity. Phlegm is building up and I have trouble clearing my throat. Is there another inhalant?

Along with advair and oxygen, you should also take antibiotic, mucolytic and expectorant drugs.
Broad spectrum antibiotic like levofloxacin or azithromycin once a day for 7 days Is beneficial.
Mucolytic and expectorant drugs like N acetyl cystine (NAC), ambroxol, bromhexin, guaphenesin etc will also help you.
