Brief Answer:
Try to relax and reassure yourself

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. A lot of individuals have some mild form of anxiety while they go for flight. Reassurance and relaxation exercises during take off help to relieve most of individuals.

If we consider risk then odds ration that one will die is plane crash is one in about 11 million so this is practically nil. Even car or trains have more risk. So remain relaxed, no need to fear, flights are absolutely safe. Listen light relaxing music during flight and you will see reduction in fear.

Medicines like beta blockers as Propranolol or even low dose benzodiazepines as Clonazepam if taken about half hour before flight will reduce the symptoms and will lessen the fear. Consult a doctor and take these drugs.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again

Take care
