I m a female with 2 kids. One is 12 yrs nd other is 4 years old. I am working as a web developer. I do night shift and it starts 8:30 and ends at 5:30 in the morning. I am taking thyronorm 88 mcg because I have hyperthyroidism. I rarely apply any cosmetics on my screen on daily basis. Occasionally I do makeup. I thing after my second baby brown spots started emerging on my face below eyes on cheeckbone area. But now a circular patch is getting visible on left area of my face just below the left eye.

Brief Answer:
Melasma most probably
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back..
And thanks for history and photos. After reading history and seeing photos, I deeply feel that most probably you may be having melasma.
Melasma is a chronic skin disorder that results in symmetrical, blotchy, brownish facial pigmentation. It can lead to considerable embarrassment and distress.
There may be some triggering factors. In your case, hypothyroidism, sunexposure, pregancy etc may be the triggering factors.
I would like to suggest as follow..
- sun protection.. Please use sun screen lotion more than 50 SPF daily on whole face. Repeat the application at every 2 hours.
- apply kojic acid containing gel daily at night on patches.
- avoid hydroquinone containing cream as it may produce irreversible depigmentation.
- tab glutathion 100 mg daily
- tab vitamin C 500 mg thrice day
- cleanse the face with glycolic acid and kojic acid containing face wash
Above treatment may be taken for long time to have good result. Other mode of treatments are laser and peeling. You consult dermatologist and have proper discussion for the best treatment.
I hope this would help you in managing your skin disease.
If you have any more query, you are welcome.
Wishing you healthy life..
Thanks.

Thanks for your satisfaction by my answer.
There are many facewashes and gel or cream available in XXXXXXX market for managing pigmentary diseases like melasma. You consult dermatologist and have prescription. He might prescribe proper facewash and gel. I usually recommend in melasma, facewash like ahaglow or cutiwash face wash and niltan cream, kojiglo or kovite active gel...you may discuss with your doctor and have prescription as these are not OTC products.
