Question : MY WIFE AGE IS 43 YEARS.SHE HAS VERY SENSATIVE SKIN.SUFFERING FROM PIGMENTION ONLY ON BOTH CHEEKS.SHE IS DUSKY IN COLOR.ALSO HAVING THYROID AND USING MEDICINE FOR THYROID.NO OTHER MEDITIONS.SHE HAS PIGMENTATION FOR LAST 6 MONTHS.KINDLY ADVICE FOR TREATMENT

Very gud mrng doctor.here iam sending both infected cheeks areas close up.she is using FLUSID-B CREAM.for last one month.thnx

Hi again

Thanks for the pictures and the details .
First of all,it is very important that your wife stops application of the cream immediately that she is applying. It contains a topical steroid and it should never be applied over the face for such long period of time .
Your wife has mild pigmentation over the cheeks .
Start application of a topical skin lightening cream like Kojic acid cream over the affected areas twice daily .
In addition,she can take oral vitamin c supplements once daily .
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 every time before going out in the sun .
Take a diet with lots of fresh fruits and salads .
