Brief Answer:
You have hypothyroidism

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting a query at HealthcareMagic.

I have read your query and seen the reports. Your reports are suggestive of hypothyroidism.

You need thyroid supplements to normalize the thyroid levels. It can be taken in the form of Tab Eltroxin 50 mcg once a day empty stomach at the same time every day preferably in morning hours. Check the thyroid profile again after 3 weeks of starting supplements. Check with your doctor about this.

Regarding habits, firstly drink cleaner water from an RO system. Secondly adapt to healthy lifestyle including hygienic and nutritious foods (more of fruits and salad), and regular exercise 30 min a day.

To reduce the dark discoloration, you can try sulfur lotion only on the affected parts. You will need to see a dermatologist to get this lotion.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Check with your homeopathy doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thyroid supplements are a must for you. You may need even higher doses. Since I am not a specialist of homeopathy, I will not be able to suggest about it.

I will definitely suggest that you try precautions listed above.
