Question : I took a large vitamin last night and felt it flip over. It feels like it is stuck in the wrong area. I could feel it move around, but couldn't get it to go down. I feel it today. I can feel it in my sinus sometimes. I tried to eat a bite of something thinking that would help. It didn't! It feels like things want to come out through my nose. It seems to be on the left side.

I am sorry to hear that you fell like a vitamin pill got lodged in your throat. The feeling that it is going into your nasal passages is due to referred pain. The brain i interpreting the pain from the sinuses instead of the actual area of pain. If you can't swallow solid food and it still feel like something lodged you should be seen by your medical provider. They may need to have you seen by a gastroenterologist to see if the pill is lodged and remove it. While waiting you can continue to drink and eat to see if you can dislodge it.
