Brief Answer:
Skin warts, further consultation with dermatologist for best treatment...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and the photo you provided and can say that the non-hurting pimples you are having on the top of your pubic area are warts.

The one you poped is scabbed. The pimples do contain the virus inside. If you pop, the virus, unfortunately, can be spread to other parts of your body. So, keep good local hygiene, always wash your hands with warm water and soap after touching the affected area.

If you want to remove them permanently, I advise to consult with dermatologist to decide for best treatment for you. Freezing with liquid nitrogen or burning off are two main quick treatment options to decide.

Hope it helped!

I need to make some clarifications here, so, I need to know What you mean with normal or abnormal warts?

We just call them genital warts from clinical observations. Further tests could determine the exact type.
