Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns.
You have been having this hard lesions on your scalp and arms that are hard and when ruptured have a hard core. These lesions are common and called sebaceous cysts. The material inside the lesion is a collection of a waxy material produced by the skin. If it dries out the material is very hard and feel like seeds. I recommend you not try to remove them or rupture the cysts as they an become infected and will cause scarring. If you want to improve your skin condition I recommend you seek a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who does dermabrasion. Dermabrasion literally peels the outer layer of skin. This will keep the skin pores open and improve skin condition.
I hope this answers your question. Please contact me again if you any further questions or have any additional information in your case.
