Question : Hi My wife has a pimple kind of thing near right eye. Please let me know how to remove it. Please find attached the image. It has been seen from past 1 year..

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have also seen the attached photograph.

I would keep a possibility of Milium OR Milia. These are keratinous cysts and clinically present as white or pearly pin-head sized growths, which are totally asymptomatic apart from just being a cosmetic concern.

Treatment is with needle extraction with a fine needle ( 30 gauze needle). Treatment results in complete clearance of the lesion.

I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist for milium extraction.
