Brief Answer:
Infantile acne are normal and not a cause to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have checked the attached image. Please stay relaxed. These are called Acne infantum and caused due to accumulation of dead skin cells under the skin in children from birth to 7 months of age. The oil secreting sebaceous glands also have a role to play.

Please do not worry. It is an absolutely normal finding. No treatment is required for the same. It usually clears up after a few weeks or months. All you have to do is to keep the baby clean and dry.

Hope that helps.
