Question : Hi, Doctor about a two years a go or less i got a pimple like ball in my left buttocks. At first i thought it would go away but it never did. It is like a pimple but it is black. what should i do. it hurts when i sit now so i avoid sitting with alot of pressure on that side. It has not gotten bigger but it is definately hard and its black. can you help please? Thanks for your time.

Hi,

This is probably clogged subcutaneous glands or atheroma and in cases of repeated difficulties,it should be surgically managed in local anaesthesia which is minor surgical procedure.
