Use clindamycin and adapalene

Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
You have developed grade 3 acne with lot of pustules.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical medication.
Clindamycin gel to be applied in morning and adapalene gel to be applied in night along with capsule doxycycline 100 mg once a day for one month works well.
Along with these wash your face with ahaglow face wash.
These should help you.
