Question : treatment for rosacea postules at present I am using metrogell but it does not help

In your condition systemic antibiotics like doxycycline may help ,along with local anti inflammatory like Azelex ointment
please keep washing your face 3-4 times a day.
Avoid fried foods and chocolates
