Here are some advice

Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for posting your question here.
I have gone through your question and i understand your concern.
From the symptoms that you described its an infected lesion(bacterial infection )
Usually age spots are not infected , only if you have a physical trauma or another lesion .You should be seen by a local doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
For today here are some advices;
-Don't touch , don't squeeze.
-Keep it clean , use Benzoyl peroxide or alcohol.
-Use hot compreses ( don't press on the lesion)
Hope it's helpful!
Take Care!
