Brief Answer:
A topical retinoid at night and a topical antibiotic during day

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You may use either tretinoin 0.025% cream or adapalene 0.1% gel once daily at night over affected area. These are topical retinoids which have comedolytic action and therefore would help reduce acne/pimples.
In addition you may use a topical antibiotic during the day e.g either clindamycin 1% gel or benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel.

Regards
