Question: It's little embarrassing to ask this. I've a very rough butt with pimples (or acne). Is there a way to cure this and make it look good? My skin seems to be very sensitive. I always use clean and dried underwear.

Brief Answer:
Oral Vitamin A supplement & topical benzoyl peroxide gel

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

Dryness or roughness in this region is du to keratin follicular plugging, also known as keratosis pilaris.

I suggest you to take an oral vitamin A supplement 50000 IU once daily.
Vitamin A would help exfoliate kerati follicular plugs and thus help alleviate the problem.

Regarding pimples i suggest you use a topical benzoyl peroxide 5% gel, twice daily.

Regards
