Question : I have pimple type things of cream colour on area just down the tip of my penis

The image is not clear. I request you to kindly upload another image do that I am able to have a better look.
These are most likely fordyce spots which are ectopic sebsceous glands.

I am sorry about my earlier diagnosis that of fordyce spots. The earlier image was not clear but this image is very clear. These are actually Genital Warts which is an infection caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). Genital warts is an STD. Treatment involves either CO2 Laser ablation or topical imiquimod or topical podophyllin resin application. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful. You must also screen for other STDs like HIV, Syphilis and HSV.
