Suggest Treatment For Pimples On Upper Arm And Back

Question: Hello,

I am 26 yrs Female.From long time I am suffering with pimples in my upper arms and back. Have visited some doctors already.Some says its something hormonal...some said its because of fungas.
Have tried many medicines.But its not working.The last medicines what I have tried are as below.
Retino a micro gel
navale soap
Tab flucos 200

Please help.

Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a fungal infection called pityrosporum folliculitis.
I would advise you to apply candid b cream over the affected areas twice daily for atleast two weeks.
Continue to take tablet fluconazole once weekly .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
