Question: I keep having pin head size spots develop on my upper back and shoulders that weep a small amount of blood and go away - have had antibiotics prescribed but they still occur - usually get home and find small traces of blood on back of shirt and also during the night on bedsheets.

Brief Answer:
Bed bugs

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

From looking at the rash and your history I would say you could possibly have a bed bug problem. To diagnose the bed bugs you need to check your bed, mattress and sheets for possible infestation. Bed bugs have had a large increase recently from hotels becoming infected. Despite huge efforts to control the infestation the bed bugs continue to thrive. You might want to have an exterminator visit your house and see if you have this infestation. They would then be able to help eradicate the infestation. There is no medication to help. Since you are not actually infected but the bed is.
